The LEF series is an open voice selective call intercom. The Aiphone LEF series is flexible allowing you to integrate multiple combinations of master and sub stations. Customers love the ability to selectively call from any master with hands free reply. A variety of optional features are available with Aiphone LEF systems. Master stations are offered in a variety of styles to fit a variety of applications. Calls coming in from a sub or door station are annunciated with a short electronic mono-tone and an LED that remains lit for approximately 20 seconds. To communicate at the calling master you press to talk and release to listen. The person at the receiving station can reply hands free. In addition the master station can selectively call and talk with any other person at any other sub or master station in the system. Eavesdropping from the master station is not a problem because the master and some select subs have privacy features. Using the privacy feature means a call can be received, but any communication back to the calling master will require the privacy button be disengaged. Master stations are available in wall or desk mounted and sub stations are either surface or flush mounted, with or without privacy. Outdoor stations are also available in surface or flush mount styles. A vandal proof outdoor sub station is another option available with the LEF series system. Features:
